A few simple uses are:

  • Deglaze a pan any time you Sautee' meats, poultry                                                  
  • Add a tablespoon of white wine vinegar to water boiling rice to make it fluffy and white.
  • In cold and hot soups such as gazpacho and hot and sour soup.
  • In green, potato, pasta, rice or fruit salad vinaigrettes and dressings.
  • In yolks of deviled eggs
  • In marinating vegetables and tomato sauces.
  • With chicken and fish dishes.
  • In beef stew, sauerbraten, barbecue ribs, chili.
  • Use in making vinegar pastry (Yes, it is great!!)
