Dark sweet cherries are infused with our Traditional Aged Balsamic to create the perfect balance of a sweet and tangy, rich thick balsamic that is not acidic.  This is not a thick balsamic but more like a tasty cherry juice, fantastic on salads.

It is ideal for salads with tangy blue and goat cheeses. Drizzle over vanilla ice cream for a true delight.

    Thank you for the great review. I must admit that after bottling it, I keep a small glass handy and sip it while working at my computer. It is addictive.
